Preventative Maintenance Program
In a continuing effort to provide our clients with the highest caliber of service, we now offer a service that is worth considering in terms of its cost-saving and emergency-reducing benefits.
Knowing that it is in your interest to take a proactive approach to your computer and network-related resources, we have established an overall Preventative Maintenance Program (PMP) which serves as a means to foresee and pre-empt costly problems before they occur. In addition, it also offers you a better way to budget for the upkeep of these resources.
The PMP requires a minimum hourly commitment of three hours per month (pre-scheduled and pre-billed on the first of the month).
Based on your preferences and priorities, we can tailor a PMP for you that can include, but is not limited to, the following (where applicable):
Inventory and document network and computer systems
Software
Hardware
Server
General troubleshooting within the technician's scope of knowledge
Through these regularly scheduled visits, we are able to alert you to any impending problems and resolve them before they result in costly repairs and/or downtime. In addition, this time can also be used to resolve any accumulated (at your discretion), non-urgent problems.

Server
- Clean backup tape unit and ensure proper operation
- Examine error logs
- Defrag and run scandisk
